About

I sell by the mantra of: Under Promise – Over Deliver. I am with Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. My background is in the commercial and residential construction project management world. For the past 18 years I’ve enjoyed a very successful sales and business development profession in the construction industry. I love dealing with people and helping them solve their problems.
I’m married with 3 kids all in college (so I have a lot of selling to do!) and I have many outside interests. I am very right- brained; come to think of it I have no left brain. I enjoy writing and putting on presentations, building furniture, most any sport you can keep score at, and golf. With regard to my golf game, I dress like I shoot—in the 70s; my swing looks like I shoot—in the 80’s; and, if you actually follow my ball around, you know I shoot in the 90s.
I was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago. At age 14 I realized I would not be the starting shortstop for the Chicago Cubs. I’m one of 9 kids (birth order is overrated). Getting together with the family is like an episode of “My Big Fat (Italian) Greek Wedding,” and, I’m not sure what’s worse, my dry sense of humor or my inability to be patient.
Good afternoon Mr. Rovi,
My colleague and I are co-authoring a self-help book on dating and would love to include material from your post on how men and women interpret messages differently in one of our chapters. We will of course cite you in doing so and refer readers to your website, but wanted to seek your permission before moving forward.
When you have a moment, we’d love to hear back from you.
I can be reached at elician@gmail.com.
Thank you for the chuckle.
Respectfully,
Elicia Nademin, PhD
